Our Pit Master, Michael Kropp, has always dreamed of serving up authentic, mouthwatering barbecue, and in 2024, that dream became a reality.
The name Chunky Butt BBQ may be playful, but it holds deep meaning for Michael and Minni. It’s a tribute to their very first grandbaby — the inspiration behind their dream business.
